Total poultry system
Provides full automation and a low-temperature environment for secondary poultry carcass processing.

Functions
Enables performance of all processes performed at poultry processing plants (poultry weighing, plucking and gutting, chilling, halving, deboning, weighing and packaging, product freezing, cold storage) under low-temperature conditions, with automation, dry conditions, and zero or minimal personnel involvement.

-Poultry weighing system

Delivered poultry accurately weighed in baskets, allowing precise production control through computerized recording and analysis.

-Plucking and gutting system

A world-class plucking and gutting process combines gutting line component engineering with systems specially developed by Mayekawa.

-Carcass chilling system

Mayekawa’s unique sealed screw configuration enables automatic warm-water washing at the touch of a button. This system incorporates a unique carcass cooling concept and requires a mere 65% of the space required for conventional systems.

-Halving and deboning system

Work is allocated between machines adjusted for carcass size, producing bone-in front and back halves to achieve the same yield rate as manual deboning.

[HALVIDAS]
HALVIDAS allows the gutted carcasses with entrails removed in poultry deboning production pre-processing to be divided into bone-in front halves and left- and right-side back halves, generating yield rates equal to those obtained with manual deborning.

-Back halves deboning system

Bone-in back halves from the halving system are loaded and fully deboned automatically at consistently high yield rates.

[TORIDAS MARK II ]

TORIDAS MARK II is an automatic thigh deboning robot providing an hourly processing capacity of 900 pieces.
The MARK II features improved durability, ease of washing and higher meat quality and yield rates over earlier types.
The standard configuration incorporates preparatory tendon cutting and final separation functions.

-Front halves deboning system

Automatically divides gutted poultry front halves into finished breast, meat, tender, wingtips, drumsticks and bones.

[YIELDAS]
YIELDAS  is a fully automatic front half deboning machine producing breast meat, drumsticks, wingtips, and tenders with the same high yield rates as manual processing after the front halves of gutted poultry carcasses are loaded.


-Weighing and packaging system

Inspected products are weighted and packaged without human handling.
An intelligent function determines the optimum packing amounts for specific lots.

Automatic loader,AUTOMAIDAS

[AUTOMAIDAS]
Automatically weighs poultry meat for full automation of low-temperature weighing and packaging lines. The first-in/first-out system improves product quality and maintains freshness by preventing the accumulation of meat scraps.



-Product refrigeration system

Sorted products are automatically moved to the freezer. The cooling system makes extensive use of Mayekawa experience in the field. The cooling elements inside the freezer can be washed down automatically, ensuring hygienic product production.

-Automatic warehouse loading/unloading system

To ensure efficient input/output, individually controlled products are sorted on a simple temperature-controlled line before being sent to the relevant storage area. This ensures the traceability of all products removed from storage.
