| 1. EKCO2 Series |
 |
NH3/CO2 brine unit
Refrigerant: NH3 Brine: CO2
CO2 brine temperature: -5℃ to -40℃
Uses: Freezing, refrigeration, low-temperature air-conditioning, showcase cooling, freezer cooling, etc.
Features:
1) Uses non-fluorocarbon NH3 as the primary refrigerant and CO2 as the brine.
2) Offers a 10% efficiency improvement over existing systems (Mayekawa data).
3) Requires no control of brine concentration or PH and the absence of corrosion reduces maintenance cost concerns.
|
 |
NH3/CO2 dual unit
Refrigerant: High side: NH3; Low side: CO2
CO2 evaporation temperature: -40℃ to -55℃
Uses: Freezers, ultra-low temperature warehouses, vacuum freezing systems
Features:
1) Uses non-fluorocarbon NH3 for the high side and CO2 for the low side.
2) Offers a 30% efficiency improvement over existing systems (Mayekawa data).
3) The high efficiency of this unit is achieved through use of a proprietary CO2 high-pressure freezer unit.

| 2. EK Series |
 |
Water-cooled EK Series, evaporator-condenser EK Series
Refrigerant: NH3 Brine: Nybrine Z-1, Etabrine
Brine outlet temperature:
Low temperatures of -28℃ to -36℃
High temperature: -3℃ to -14℃ (-18℃ for evaporator-condenser)
Uses: Industrial plant brine cooling systems, food chilling systems
Features:
1) Significantly less refrigerant is required (just 1/50 that of conventional systems (Mayekawa data).
2) Use of brine as the secondary refrigerant ensures safety for both humans and the products being chilled.
3) Use of Mayekawa’s unique compatible oil and electronic control expansion valve provides even higher efficiency.
